Great area with much to choose from in the way of restaurants. Very comfortable beds and powerful shower. The Lenox staff went above and beyond for us when we realized the day after checking out (and in Cannes) that somehow we forgot cash, credit cards and passports in our safe! Well…. We got in touch with the Lenox and they very promptly sent them in the mail, wrapped securely , to our last destination hotel in Marseille before we left to go home to Canada after a month’s trip. We are so grateful for your excellent service regarding such a stressful event for us. Thank you so much Lenox! We will absolutely stay here again !!!

The staff especially Magdalena was so welcoming and informative . The breakfast room is very nice to hang out with your laptop and the breakfast is really good. There is a cosy private corner to invite friends to join for a coffee ! What is special is that you can self serve tea , coffee , soft drinks , water anytime 24/7 from this area . The location is very convenient for city connectivity with many metro stations within walking distance . Several good restaurants and bars are around . There is a pharmacy and even a good hospital for emergencies very close .

I had a great stay at Hotel Lenox Montparnasse during my trip in August 2024. The staff was very accommodating after my early arrival and found an available room for me. I continued to have pleasant interactions with them throughout my stay. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing - from the choice of paint, carpet, and decor. The location was less of a tourist hub and seemed more like a true Parisian community. Metro station Vavin (line 4) and bus line 91 were close by and easy to navigate. Gare Montparnasse was roughly a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and there were quite a few shops available whether you are looking for clothing, food, or toiletries. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and will return.

This is our third time staying at Lenox. We like the neighborhood with a multiple stations nearby, a lot of restaurants, and many stores (fromagerie, boulangerie, supermarket, etc). It is a great location where you can feel the daily life in Paris, and also very convenient to go anywhere in Paris by metro and to come from the Roissy airport by RER B. On the street very close to the hotel, there were a market on Saturday and an art market on Sunday. This time, we were in a room with balcony and the view of Tour Montparnasse on a sunny day was very nice. Since this is Paris, the room is not very large, but I think it is larger than the average. The room looked newly renovated and immaculate. Staffs of the hotel were very friendly and made us feel home when we came back to the hotel. Will definitely come back when visiting Paris next time!

The rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The shower was great and towels could be changed everyday. The Hotel had a wonderful cosy breakfast room where one could also sit throughout the day. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with all large variety of savory and sweet options one could choose from ranging from different kinds of of cheese to jams, cereal fruits nuts nut butters and a variety of breads and pastries. Eggs, beans, sausages ands ham were also offered. It was very satisfying. the breakfast area could be used through out the day. Tea and coffee was free all day for hotel clients. We thank the the wonderful staff for making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel could not have been in a better place. There were many brasseries and restaurants around. The metro was also very close and gave access to lines 4 and 6.

A wonderful, cozy hotel in the beautiful Montparnasse area. The location is very convenient, with cafés, the metro, and shops nearby, and not far from the main attractions. The room was very cozy and clean. I especially liked that the toiletries were from Rituals. The room smelled lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We encountered an issue with the room as it was initially booked with a double bed, even though I had requested two separate beds. However, the staff responded very quickly and accommodated us by arranging two beds in the room, which we greatly appreciated. We would love to return here again.

The hotel is very well located, walking distance to the Montparnasse train station, Jardins du Luxembourg, Pantheon and much more. Great neighborhood where we felt safe walking to the many restaurants, boulangeries, grocery stores nearby. The breakfast was very good, the staff friendly and helpful, and the rooms had comfortable beds and shower with great pressure. Complimentary coffee and tea all day was a plus.

This was a lovely little hotel in the heart of Montparnasse. Don’t be put off by it only having a 3-star rating - it’s very comfortable, neat and clean and offers a great breakfast. I’ve paid twice as much for hotel rooms in the posher parts of Paris and this was just as good. Book a room with a terrace/balcony - the rooms are small (like everywhere in Paris) and the balcony makes it feel that little bit bigger. Plus it’s great having a drink and watching the world go by below. All the staff were very friendly too. Note that the elevator is tiny - it really only fits two people (or one plus a suitcase). But you’re out all day anyway so it really doesn’t matter!

The best thing about the hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in the Latin Quarter with a lot of restaurants, cafes and delis (however the surrounding of the hotel is quiet and the windows are soundproof so you don't hear any noise from the street). Also it is located between 2 underground stations which will take you in 10-15 minutes to the main monuments and other central districts of Paris. The breakfast was basic, but sufficient for our needs - there was always fresh bread, vegetables, croissants and some warm dishes. The only flaw was the thickness of the walls inside the hotel - you could hear people in other rooms, but with ear plugs it was quiet during the night. The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. In addition - there is an option to use an iron and iron desk and to leave your luggage for free after checking-out, so it's very convient. To sum up - we spent wonderful time in Lenox Montparnasse Hotel and we'll definately come back during our next trip to Paris.
